By coordinating a group of investors interested in the same development, MQ Realty can negotiate with developers to secure priority access, bulk purchase opportunities, and potential pricing advantages.
Each investor ultimately purchases their own property individually, while benefiting from the collective bargaining power of the investor group.

Each project is carefully presented to members with key information — project location, property details, developer background, and market insights. Members can review opportunities and express interest in participating.
Once the required number of investors is reached, the project moves forward to allocation and purchase stages. MQ Realty manages coordination with the developer on behalf of the group.
