If your properties are outside MQ Realty management areas, MQ Realty offers an optional Managed Property Representation Service for investor club members who own investment properties. The service supports property owners by acting as a communication and coordination representative between the owner and the property managing agent.
MQ Realty's representation service does not replace the property manager and does not perform licensed property management duties. Those services remain with the locally appointed licensed property managing agent.

Owner Representation
Acting as the primary communication contact between owners and the managing agent. We review agent reports, relay information, communicate owner decisions, and coordinate instructions on your behalf.
Performance Monitoring
Reviewing rental updates, maintenance recommendations, and property management reports. Where issues arise, we raise questions with the managing agent on behalf of owners.
Decision Coordination
Particularly useful for co-ownership structures — we collect owner decisions, coordinate responses, and send consolidated instructions to the managing agent.
Communication Assistance
Helping owners understand property management reports, explaining recommendations clearly, and communicating instructions effectively to managing agents.

MQ Realty charges a separate service fee for representing owners to an external property management agent. This covers owner representation, communication coordination, investor reporting assistance, and co-ownership coordination support. If MQ Realty manages the property directly, this fee is not applicable.
